Welcome to Out of Office: Away at Sea — Thrive Elevate's outdoor team building experience designed for organisations, clubs, associations, and groups of colleagues seeking something a little different from conventional indoor sessions.
At Thrive Elevate, we integrate workplace wellbeing into the way we design our programmes, combining guided stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) activities with structured workshop activations in a more active and engaging environment.
The programme includes:
• Guided SUP sessions
• Team-building activities & workshops
• Workplace engagement activations
• Breakfast, tea break & lunch
• Smaller group settings (8–20 pax)
We are also excited to have Waterfly Borneo officially on board as our paddling equipment and safety partner for the programme!
Out of Office will be conducted within a premier waterfront setting in Tanjung Aru and is intentionally designed as a half-day, weekday-friendly programme for organisations seeking a short break away from work without committing to a full-day session.

Not every organisation is able to commit to full-day or multi-day team building sessions — especially when weekends are often reserved for personal and family time.
That is why Out of Office is intentionally designed as a half-day experience, allowing organisations to give their teams a short break away from the office environment without taking up the entire day.
